- Meet Dorit. She likes books. Her high-quality Book It books grace the coffee tables and libraries along the east coast, serving as the perfect alternative to digital albums - from wedding, travel, babies, recipes and catalogs for designers. In addition to her private clients, she designs books for returning members of the Peace Corps, a collection of graphic advertisements for Bravo television, and was recently featured in the Archizines Live: Symposium on Publishing Practices in NYC. Dorit Hershtig's passion for books and printed media drive her free time through Book It Studios, a publishing company she has built from the ground up. Dorit was recently featured in the Archizines Live: Symposium on Publishing Practices in NYC. Dorit received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park in addition to a Masters of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and currently resides in New York City.
